shower temperature thin towels
the bathroom was really frustrating the shower temperature fluctuated wildly. it went from freezing cold to scalding hot without warning. also the towels felt thin and rough not what i expected for the price i paid. i think they should invest in better quality linens. finally the noise from the street at night was noticeable even with the windows closed. it disturbed my sleep a little street noise, thin towels

attentive staff comfortable room late checkout waterfall shower small bed lack of lift
i found the staff very great they really looked after me. the room felt airy and was comfortable. i liked the late checkout it suited me well as i had lunch with relatives
the room had a waterfall shower i didn't want to get my hair wet maybe a shower cap could solve this. the bed was too small everytime i moved i seemed like i was going to fall out. i also noticed the lack of a lift requiring use of many stairs

Really good Stay Near the Station
daily service dyson fan tea option free wifi
The room was serviced daily and very clean. I found a high-powered dyson fan that kept the room comfortable, a great feature during a hot time. Complimentary tea and coffee options were available, along with nice toiletries. I also found that the hotel offers free wifi, which i used a lot.
I noticed the absence of an elevator, which required carrying luggage up the stairs. This was a slight inconvenience, but the staff helped me with my bags when i arrived, great.

The double room included a comfortable bed and excellent shower facilities. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were provided. A coffee machine was available. Rooms were well sound proofed.

The hotel is well situated for access to the surrounding area, with a station nearby. A mediterranean restaurant across the street offers alternative dining and the location is convenient for exploring the area. There are shops, cafés and restaurants close to the hotel.

Staff members were very friendly and always ready to help. The general manager was super helpful. Breakfast choices were excellent, offering a wide selection and staff were helpful and very pleasant. They were quick to address any concerns.
